Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time. You have 30 minutes after your booking to tidy up. Please note if the studio is not left as you found it, your deposit will be lost. 

Please get permission for groups of 3 or more. ​

Please remember you are not in a remote location. We want to respect our neighbours and have a safe, central place to enjoy. Ensure doors are closed and locked. Any 'horror movie' style shoots will need to be discussed with notice. 

Please arrive in normal street clothes or covered with a long coat. We want to respect the neighbors and enjoy our time in the studio without causing any issues. 

There is CCTV in the hallway - this is for Ladies safety and cannot be turned off. There is a camera in the studio you can leave on or turn off. Its up to you. 

Smoking, Wax play, Water Sport, Scat, Roman Showers.

I'm sorry but its too much to clean up. 

Do not wear heels and stand on the furniture! 

If you break or damage something you will need to replace it. Please let us know if something has gone wrong, leaving it for us to find is much worse. We do a thorough check, clean and inspection before any bookings.

A £100 security deposit is required by paypal or bank transfer in addition to your rental payment. This will be returned to you within 48 hours once the premises have been checked for damages.
