24 hours: £520 - every additional 24 hours will be charged at £480

Cancellations:

​

If you need to cancel more than 1 week before your booking your deposit can be refunded or transferred to another booking within 3 months.

 

Cancellations less than 1 week to 3 days before your booking can be rescheduled with a admin charge of £30 or your deposit is lost if you do not wish to reschedule within 3 months.

Cancellations within 3 days of booking time – your deposit is forfeit. A new deposit will need to be paid for the next booking

​

Rescheduling will be allowed twice before the security deposit is lost.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:

Bookings are for up to 3 people. Addition people can attend for a £40 charge each. Guest numbers are confirmed prior to arrival and be aware of the CCTV in the stairwell entry. 

​

Parking: is available on the street outside and is paid between the hours of 8am - 6pm and free on a Sunday. There is a car park with a 5 minute walk if required. 

​

The kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, milk, snacks and fizzy drinks for no additional charge. Additional extras can be requested for an additional charge.

​

The studio is filled with items that have been collected for years. This is a personal, private, fully equipped and guests are reminded to respect it as if it were there own if they wish to be welcomed back.
