Please note a refundable £100 security deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Pricing:
4 hours – £200
1 hour: £80
12 hours – £300
Day Time (anytime)
2 hours – £120
Overnight: 6pm - 11am – £240
3 hours – £160
24 hours: £450
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel more than 1 week before your booking your deposit can be refunded or transferred to another booking within 3 months.
Cancellations less than 1 week to 2 days before your booking can be rescheduled with a admin charge of £30 or your deposit is lost if you do not wish to reschedule within 3 months.
Cancellations within 2 days of booking time – your deposit is forfeit. A new deposit will need to be paid for the next booking. Rescheduling will be allowed twice before the security deposit is lost.
Parking:
is available on the street outside and is paid between the hours of 8am - 6pm and free on a Sunday. There is a car park with a 5 minute walk if required.
The kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, milk, snacks and fizzy drinks for no additional charge. Additional extras can be requested for an additional charge.
The studio is filled with items that have been collected for years. This is a personal, private, fully equipped and guests are reminded to respect it as if it were there own if they wish to be welcomed back.
Bookings are for up to 3 people. Addition people can attend for a £40 charge each. Guest numbers are confirmed prior to arrival and be aware of the CCTV in the stairwell entry.
